Community Grants – Partnership Requirements & Reports

Mary MacKillop Today works in partnership with grantee organisations in the delivery of its grants program. In order to provide the best possible outcomes to the communities they support, we ask that grantees:

  • Be willing to participate in promotional activities which could include providing images and stories/interviews for newsletters or promotional materials. If your project is successful and your project deals with vulnerable individuals/communities, please send an email to [email protected] and we will respect your decision/request.
  • Send a progress report (mid year) and a final report at the end of the project period.
  • Provide a financial acquittal of funds given for a project as an itemised budget with receipts.

Reports

Mary MacKillop Today requires grantees to provide us with reports during the life of the project being funded. This enables us to keep our donors and supporters updated as well as making the process transparent. It also helps us to meet our auditing obligations.

Progress Report – this report is a six-monthly report and helps us to know how your project is progressing, what challenges you may be facing, or any unforeseen impacts on your project.

Final Report – deals with the entirety of the program being funded including outcomes and grantee targets.

Financial Acquittal – details how the funds have been used in reference to project outputs.

We will provide all the above templates at the relevant times so grantees need only to complete and send them back.
